Laurent Paterski joined the European Huntington’s Disease Network in 2010 as coordinator of the french language area of France, Belgium and Switzerland. He is involved as associated lanco in the EHDN Advanced-HD working group and works closely with Pierre Krystkowiak, MD, PhD in the HD competence center of Amiens University Hospital to develop HD healthcare and research activities (since 2012 he’s member of PEP Nord: Extra Pyramidal Pathology network north). He’s also member of S.G.G.R.P. (Geriatrics and Gerontology Society of Picardie Region) since 2006 for personal implication, ethic and achievements in the regional plan for patients care, caregivers training and gerontology development. After 20 years in the Pharmaceutical Industry, including 10 in neuroscience, clinical neurology and drugs (Huntington’s, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s diseases, Multiple Sclerosis, Epilepsy, Migraine and Headaches), Laurent brings his experience to his roles in the HD’s challenges.
